We have database management to maintain accurate information for your registrants/attendees and provide up-to-the-minute reports for each event. Additionally, you will benefit from our established relationships with reputable hotels, country clubs and other facilities to ensure the best rates and location for your event. From handouts to the last detail, The Ultimate Secretary will handle every aspect to ensure your event is a total SUCCESS! All assignment(s) will be processed at The Ultimate Secretary office. Once the project is complete, clients can opt to have the project sent to them either electronically, via U.S. mail or for customer pick up. |
Rates
The Ultimate Secretary’s services and rates are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Quotations are based on either an hourly rate, project rate or retainer contract basis.
I understand the need for temporary or even one-time assistance. For clients who need short-term or occasional support, all services (other than Website Design) are billed at either an hourly rate or project rate.
Invoices or Statements will be supplied with a detailed accounting of all hours billed. Expenses will also be billed back to the client. At The Ultimate Secretary, you will be billed in 15 minute increments for the hourly rate.

Payment/Retainer Plan
The Ultimate Secretary accepts cash or check. Clients can be set up
with a Retainer Plan or pay check or cash when you pick up your job.
If you choose a Retainer plan, you will receive a Statement as each
job is complete. If you choose to pay with check or cash, payment
must be received at the time your job is picked up.
Depending on the size of the job, The Ultimate Secretary tries to provide all clients with a 24 hour turnaround time.
About Us
The Ultimate Secretary was founded in 1988 by Julie Anne Kershner. While working as an Assistant Executive Director of non-profit trade associations, she decided to open the company to provide her skills and expertise to entrepreneurs and small businesses. She posses over 30 years of “real world” experience in the administrative field. The Ultimate Secretary is an independently contracted business owner, not an employee. We have been in business since 1988 in the historical downtown district of Longwood, Florida.
The Ultimate Secretary prides itself on the ability to listen to each client’s concerns, and then develop and implement a plan for every situation.
The Ultimate Secretary assists small businesses and is cost effective because you only pay for time worked for you. As an independent contractor, services provided by The Ultimate Secretary are tax deductible!
